We work with clients to review, develop and implement sales strategy. We focus on individual as well as team effectiveness. We assess if people are in the right job, at the right time with the right skills. Simply put, we help clients “move the needle” with significantly enhanced sales performance.
For 15 years, Founder and President Gary Higgins was a top sales producer, sales instructor, and manager for IBM. He was selected from a group of two hundred managers to participate in IBM's executive development program at Harvard University. After IBM he went to AT&T Wireless as the Director of Sales Training & Development and then on to Boston Communications Group as their Vice President of Account Services.
